Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the owner of Ker Cadot. It passes through our technical providers, who act on our instructions: the website host, our email provider (IONOS) and Google for anti-robot protection. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Google reCAPTCHA

The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only when you start filling it in. This Google service then collects technical data (IP address, browser information, Google cookies) to tell humans from robots, and may process it outside the European Union. See Google's privacy policy.

OpenStreetMap

The map on this website is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers as you approach the bottom of the page. Your IP address is then sent to this service, run by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection).

Cookies

The website itself sets no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Only Google reCAPTCHA may set its cookies, once you start filling in the form. Fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to the postal address above or use the website form. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and the form keeps no data on the server.
